Yes, there are places that play by the rules, but there are more that do not and thats all I want to do... is to make people aware that its more than possible and happening a lot more often than we are aware of.

... and this is exactly what my comments were about. I DO NOT believe that more sites are out to screw you than not. It is NOT "more than possible and happening a lot" that sites are solely interested in ripping people off.

I'm sounding like a jerk, and that wasn't the point here. My point is to do the exact opposite of what you're doing, which is to tell people "give the license agreement a quick read, but assume most sites have good intentions."

Oh, and btw: Unrestricted License means "not till next Tuesday" or "for the calendar year", but until they no longer want to host the picture. License restrictions are first and foremost about time and location... such as "for 2008, within the Continental United States, for print and static display only".
