I, too puchase most ofl my camera stuff on credit card becuase I purchase over the internet, but I also pay off the balance within 3-4 days of it appearing on my statement that I can see online anytime I want.

I think my total interest amount that it has cost me was about 4 bucks..

oh, thanks to this thread, I lowered my CC percentages from 11.9% to 6.9% for 6 months, as a thank-you for being a good customer. Not that it makes much of a difference for me, the last time I had a balance on the card more than 30 days was when I was 17 years old... lol.
