Do you still worry about shooting under the rain?

I don't know of any DSLR that is weatherproof.

Some DSLRs have weather sealing that makes them weather-resistant.
Even basic entry-level DSLRs that do not have weather sealing can cope with light rain.
With basic entry-level DSLRs the worry is moisture goofing up the function of a button or other external control.

Did you mistype? , did you mean to say, even though your DSLR is weatherproof/resistant do you still worry about it getting wet.

John.

dont worry whatsoever.

I would not take my camera out into the rain on purpose.

If it's raining, I just borrow my son's camera.

That's how it's done man.
Or just do what Buckster does and stop thinking so freaking hard.

I've had my new Nikon D810 out in light rain and mist. I wipe it down real good with a microfiber towelette. But it was pouring down rain today and I wouldn't take it outside.

still worry about, but still do it. There probably isn't much difference between a light rain and a down pour far as the camera is concerned but I will at least shove it under my jacket in a down pour. But yeah, I don't purposely do it just to say "hey look, it still works!" but I am not afraid to take it out and shoot off some either.
