3 not the greatest photo ever but I don't care as its the first time I've ever seen a Badger awake!!

Very nice to see a badger at all, the only ones i have seen have been mooving/waddling away annoyed and quickly in the twilight so thats very impressive indeed.

The only badgers I have ever seen were dead ... either stuffed, or road kill. So count yourself really lucky!

And how tiny that fawn is. A real "Bambi". How nice.

There is the "Landpark" just on the other side of the road.
I know the people who run it. Their boy was in class with Sabine in primary school and I photographed both their girls dancing when I did the dance rehearsal series for the Carmina Burana project. I should carry the photos they ordered over to them and combine that with a visit to their park.

many thanks but the Badger was at a wildlife centre, only ones I've seen in the wild have been at the side of the road
