Hey I've been doing a bit of post work on this image and I think I've gotten to a stage where I'm done with it.

I'm just not sure if I like it or not - there seems to be something out but I'm not sure exactly what. I've attached a higher res copy from the camera if anyone is interested in doing their own edit.

Any help would be very appreciated

Personally, I don't think it's balanced. If the cloud behind the tree was in the left of the frame, it would work.

    The post-production though looks fantastic.

Thanks for your take on it. I agree with you.

Does this one look any better? This feels a little more balanced to me

Personallt I think the tree blends into the sky a little too much in the first one other than that I think it is an excellent capture. The second one is a little better but I still would like to see more seperation with the tree.

I agree about #1. #2 is much better compositionally, but I feel that you could crop a bit off the top, because in the top middle, the sky is kind of empty, and creates a black hole. Nice work overall on both though.
