So here I am walking down a path this morning with my Bronica on my tripod, well it started out on my tripod... Yes, the quick release mount was not secured and down the path rolled my camera! I have to admit, it rolls pretty well! Luckily it doesn't even seem to be marked up.

It seems to be ok. To add insult to injury the light sucked at the spot I was going to! So much for getting my butt out that early in the day. :?

This a major fear of mine but I still don't heed that fear and carry my tripod over my shoulder with the camera still attached. I learned to keep the lens pointed down so the QR plate on the camera body doesn't start to loosen while I'm hiking around.

The Bogen quick releases have that little safety latch but I'm still weary when tottin' telephotos around.
