I really like the b/w on this one, and how she is looking directly at the camera, with the bemused expression on her face. It's a nice capture of her. (Because of what she's wearing and how her hand is positioned, there's a wee bit of a 'floating head' look to it.... kind of like my current av...lol)

I don't have the knowhow to comment on the post-work, so hopefully others can answer your question
