I've been playing with this photo in PS and would appreciate any opinions and critiques. I already have a favorite, but I would like some outside opinions. THANKS!!

i like the 1st and the 3rd the best. i really don't like the last one, and the second one looks kind of lame. i sure hope you weren't standing while taking that photo!

of the 4 i like the 3rd one the best... i'd like it a little bit more if you could tone down the windows & sky in it though.. they're so blown out, it's a little distractive even though you've desaturated the rest of the pic other then the signs..

the 4th one is too abstract to get any meaning out of it.

I definitely prefer the first one. The only type of photo modification I've ever really liked is careful oil-painting type stuff, like what this guy does: http://andrzejdragan.com/

Artistic filters, no matter how well done, usually fall flat with me.

WOW, that guy's stuff is AMAZING!!!

So far it looks like number ONE has the vote (i figured). Now the question is, what do we have to say about the composition and all the other jazz abotu this photo???
