    That's some pretty doves, I can't say I've ever seen doves like those. They are nicely lined up on that twig, as if you had posed them there. Any idea of the name of the tree that sports such green branches?

    Thanks! The doves usually hang out on the ground here, but this time they were going for the high ground . The tree is a Palo Verde (our state tree).

    Ah, it's the very name of that tree then? "Green rod" is its name? Intersting.
    There happened to be two doves bathing in the water that collects on our carport today, I took their photo but haven't downloaded it from the camera as yet... our doves look different!

    Actually it's "Green Stick", or Green branch.
