Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Ok, I haven't downloaded music since the good ol days when Napster was free. I'm looking to burn a few CDs for my roadtrip in a few weeks. So...what sites can I go to to d/l music, and are there any that are still free?

Ok, here's my playlist so far:

"Lola" -The Kinks
"Yoda" -Weird Al (Lola spoof!)
"Down on the Corner" -CCR
"Proud Mary" -CCR
"Paradise City" -GnR
"Under the Bridge" -Red Hot Chili Peppers
"Pour Some Sugar on Me" -Def Leapord
"Sunday Bloody Sunday" -U2
"Beautiful Day" -U2

That gives you an idea of my style, I guess...I listen to country and other stuff, too, I just haven't d/l it yet...
Anyone else have some roadtrip song suggestions?

Does anyone know that Beatles song that has a line in it something like "I saw the news today..." ????

i use mIRC to download my music.... it's pretty complex to figure out though how it all works... took me some time to learn how to do it, then i taught all my friends

A Day in the Life

I read the news today oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He didn’t notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They’d seen his face before
Nobody was really sure
If he was from the House of Lords.
I saw a film today oh boy
The English Army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
Having read the book.
I’d love to turn you on
Woke up, got out of bed,
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,
And looking up I noticed I was late.
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke,
And somebody spoke and I went into a dream
I heard the news today oh boy
Four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Not they know how many holes it takes
To fill the Albert Hall.
I’d love to turn you on.

On Sgt Pepper's

Personally I like Zappa, Devo, B-52.s and Talking Heads in the car but it gets a little crowded.
Try ' Why Does It Hurt When I Pee' or 'In France' by Zappa

Try eMule. A P2P client which runs on the ED2K, Source Exchange and Kad networks. It's free with no spy or ad-ware. I've been using it for well over a year now. It might take you a while to set it up but following the instructions is easy. It can also be a little slow to download files, but it's great for the hard to find stuff.

I'm not publicly going to suggest people download music for free. If you do so you do at your own risk. But eMule lets you download over stuff (movies, achives, program, documents, etc.) as well.

I use emule. The more you use it the quicker it gets.
Yup. I've never actually had a problem with the speeds myself. But I'm forever seeing people say it can take a long time to get a file. It can take me a day to get a 100mb file or as little as an hour or so. For me, that is more than acceptable.

You could also try www.winmx.com I've not used that for ages. I started using eMule instead and never went back.
