That is one veritable downpour.
Critique?
Get rid of some of the bright white non-descript sky. You will lose the measurements for a normal print but what does that matter?
If there had been some darker clouds up there I would think "OK, leave it as it is", but that is not the case and the sun is starting to come back out - hence the wonderfully glistening roads and edjes of buildings - so ... that sky is a bit too bright and distracting as it is right now.
