The quick fix is to eat food. However, that is only a short term fix, can have varying degrees of success and can prove costly in the long run.

For a permanent option you could try squirting some expandable builders foam down your throat. You'll have to experiment with the amount to use. Too little and you'll still feel empty. I suggest using small amounts and leaving five minutes in between squirts to see how it feels to you. Each person will require a different amount.

Be warned, far too much and you will explode. A small overdose is safe however. And it has the added advantage of making you look pregnant which will make finding a seat on a busy bus or train far easier. But it will be permanent and your breasts will not grow.
