    This is one of the first shots I've taken of a dragonfly. I hope to get more. They are fascinating creatures. This was shot with my sigma 70-300 at 300mm, manual focus, remote switch.

    Very nice shot indeed, very sharp.

    The only thing i would say is its a shame that hes got some of his wing damaged, but obviously that could not be helped!! :D

    i really love those colours! poor dragonfly has ripped his wing :(

    it almost doesnt look real... his eyes are huge! very strange i really like though well done!

    Thanks everyone! :) That golden color is the color they aer naturally. I didn't do anything except boost up the saturation a bit. I took about 60 shots of the dragonflies that day :p
