I find these creatures fascinating. Really curious to see what my Sigma 150-600 could do with these.

I was scared of them as a kid. I was told they were " snake feeders " and if you see them, a snake is nearby! Lol. The things we believe as a kid. Nice pics.

Thanks. They pretty much land in the same spots in an area. Patience. If you see them, find the water, watch where they land, and wait. They will be where the water Lily's and mucky, loggy water is. If you really watch, there are all kinds of different ones flying around them, along with turtles, toads, beetles, and other insects.

Thanks Danny. We didn't have them in Detroit but we had big friggin rats though.
