Drips...

Sid, I got the *istD because:

-the viewfinder is brighter than the 10D
-it'll run on AA batteries if needs be
-the majority of the stuff you need to change is a button or dial instead of a menu item
-it's really light
-it fit my hands better
-post-processed picture quality is comparable
-without the battery grip it's absolutely tiny
-everybody gets the 10D & I just gotta be different!

I'm confident that I made the right choice for me, YMMV. :wink:

BigRC - That picture of the food coloring in the milk is beyond spectacular. That is the coolest picture I have ever seen taken by anyone anywhere. So crisp, caught at the perfect moment. Unreal!!!

Wow, thank you so much, that's quite a compliment. That was taken with a Sony CD Mavica 2.0 MP. It took about 80 shots to finally get it because it didn't have a burst option, and that's all I had access to at the time. But thank you very much for the kind words. :)
