DSLR Video Shoulder Rig Recommendations/Reviews

Looking for a compact (Run and Gun) shoulder rig for my Canon 60d.
I don't need the camera in front of me as I'll be using the flip-out lcd. (Over shoulder is fine)
Compact is important because I will be working in tight spaces and traveling internationally.

I will be mounting a preamp, microphone and the body + lens. (maybe in the future, an evf or a follow focus)

From my research, Zacuto, Jag35 and Reflex Fabrication look good.
My budget is a max of $500 for the rig. (Used preferably)

Also, what about chest rigs like the Zacuto Enforcer? Are the worth it?

Thoughts?
