DSLR with 1080/30FPS and Mic Input used options

Looking for a used budget friendly option that will allow for 30FPS 1080 with external mic input. Just started researching to find both models and potential price range I need to be realistic about. Not married to any brand.

The canon 70D is a great camera for video. Has the first true on the fly auto focus system.
