My husband and I went there back in 1993, I think it had just opened to the public. Neat place. We were not allowed on the upper level, Your photo looks to be on the upper level [nice shot by the way] So can you gain access to the upper level, and inside the death row building now? Do they still make people wear the hard hats for the tour?

We did not have to wear hats.

I snuck right up the steps and stepped over the chain. lol
