No, not over the top. I would probably tone down the green a little and maybe crop out a little of the sky so the horizon isn't so centered. Overall, not a bad shot.

Second one really looks great. Good job. The colors are perfect.

I like the second shot a lot better. Has a better "feel" overall and without so much sky, your eyes follow the shapes and contours of the mountains. It's a nice shot.

^^ditto, number one looks way better, but even that half inch of the sky cut out doesnt make a huge difference

The colors could be in between. To my eyes, the first shot is a little too "lime-y" in color in the forground and looks a little unnatural. The background is nice.
