Editing

Hey guys I'm new here and not 100% sure if I'm in the right place, I know there are plenty of professionals and I have a question about editing, I have an image I have attached and was curious to see how I would edit my photos to look the same, of course I can't take a photo like that... But I'm not sure if you guys also are great editors and that! Anyways, many thanks all round!View attachment 126345j j

It's done using layers, distortion, selection and colorization.

BTW, it's against forum policy to post images you don't have rights to.

Change the image to a link to where you found the original and you're fine.

You were presented the policy and agreed to it when you signed up.
