nothing special, it's simply first first dSLR picture.. well i've took lots of others, but i liked this one the best! feel free to tell me what's wrong with it and how to improve it as i'm still figuring out how to use my camera.

It might have been too dull (standing for "dark" for your camera) a day for this ... the droplets, though meant to be in focus, are not sharp. I guess it is camera shake.

Congratulations on your first DSLR!!!
 
ahh ok maybe cause i had my lens zoomed all the way to 200mm without a tripod?. i see what you mean about the droplets... i've did this shot on auto so that could explain it! but now i learned how to use manual settings, so lets make place for improvement! :D

I think maybe a shallower DOF may have helped as well as better focusing. But all in all...good concept.
 
Yes I do like the concept, but I agree with LaFoto that it would be much nicer with your main subject sharp.
