elephant please comment

Heres a couple of photographs, I took at knowsley safari park, hope you like them.

That first is a nice portrait of an elephant.
Both are a bit on the bright and flat side, but there is more information in the photo itself than what is showing here, I am sure you can make them "deeper" by shifting the levels a bit in Photoshop (or otherwise doing some contrast-enhancing post processing action to them).

I don't care too much for the frames here, but that is just me, I guess.
