No, I would not know how; my camera only shoots in jpeg.

Ron our camera brackets that's all you need (and a tripod helps) to do HDR.. I have done a bunch of HDR images using the bracketing .. (incase you ever decide to try it you can do it just fine with the S5)
I should add you do need software to put the images together but I just wanted you to be aware you don't need a expensive camera to get the effect.

Thanks Tasha, I thought you needed to shoot in RAW. I doubt my free software will do HDR.
