Has anyone approched a super market about offering your services to take portraits of their employee of the month. If so what do you charge and offer for this service.

From my experience, not many supermarkets are into the hiring a professional to get portraits done as these portraits just end up on their wall. A snapshot, centered composed, auto exposed is usually what they are after.

Its an interresting idea though. If someone only needs a snapshot, and has been happy with a snapshot, I would definatly not go in very high priced. Not even sure it would be worth it.

What is your current pricing for headshots?

From the perspective of a former clerk, employee of the month is often overlooked and frequently changed. I don't think the services of a professional is required every month.
It would be costly and overkill in my opinion.

Never thought about getting a picture professionally done though.
    Interesting notion.

While I dont think it would fly, just because it has never been done doesnt mean there isnt a market for it. Takes one person to get it started for it to become popular.

Give it a shot, see how it goes
