Interesting and well done. The knee/leg is a bit hot/harsh/too-white to the point of being slightly distracting. But overall, very nice.

Nice image.

Something about it makes me feel like it could be even better, it's just missing something... not sure what though. That's just how I feel about it.
 
CROP this into a horizontal, and leave both knees in the shot, and there's a fantastic wide-apsect picture there!!!
 
Lovely execution of an old concept. Very classic. Every portrait photographer should have own variant of this in portfolio.
