Hi guys, im looking for some advice on which way to go for a digital SLR.

To give a background of my requirement im attaching a DSLR to a 15' helium blimp, camera will sit on a rotating and tiliting caddy underneath and take shots remotely.

Now, the supplier of the balloon/rig im purchasing setup their caddy to hold a Sony R1 or Sony V-3 but ive read good things about the Nikon D7.

Primarily the camera needs to be lightweight, this is very important, it also needs to take good pictures at 50 to 150 feet above the ground during the day. Due to the wind knocking things about a bit, the camera will need to have a high shutter speed (or equivelant term in digital cameras). Zoom doesnt matter and lenses will not be used as they are unnecessary weight for this setup.

The pictures will be used for real estate, mining, events etc so need to be good quality when enlarged.

Please note that if i do get something other than the R1 or V-3 then i would need to spend more money altering the rig.

Any and all advice would be much appreciated!

Erron.
