way out of focus it seems...

plus its really not doing it for me...i hate to say it cause i dont agree in using the term to distinguish photographs and their intent....but it really looks like a passing snapshot..nothing more. nothing less (maybe less..)

No clear subject, out of focus, and overprocessed. The first 2 problems can NEVER be overcome by processing the hell out of the picture. Some extra time when you're taking the shot will save you hours later trying to salvage a bad shot.
