I'm having trouble getting every face exactly in focus for large group portraits.
I shoot with a canon 30d and 580ex flash. I open my apperture as much as I can to get correct exposure. What else do I need to keep in mind?

You need to CLOSE down your apeture (larger number) Try not to have too much distance between heads.
