Ex Aperture Users

I think I'm finally ready to move on from aperture. For those who have been forced to do the same and enjoyed the interface and feel of the program what have you switched to for cataloging and editing? Thanks!

I never used Aperture, but kudos, and a bump, for posting in the appropriate forum.

When I started using a cataloging, image database management application, I used Microsoft Expression Media.
Microsoft sold Expression Media to Phase One and so I now use Phase One Media Pro for cataloging and editing Raw files.
However, I have had Adobe's Lightroom for many years and sometimes use Lr's Develop module instead of Media Pro for editing.

I switched from Aperture to Lightroom (3) when I was taking a digital class - I wanted to be consistent with what I was using in class and just stayed with LR3. Then the MBP died and couldn't go back if I had wanted to.
