expecting

So i recently had the pleasure to attend a baby shower, which was a very new experience for me.

Any thoughts or C&C would be greatly appriciated, after all, I'm here to learn.


she wanted a very "laid back" style.

1) the decorations

2) the cake baby

3) the MTB and her sister looking at their momma.

4) a family member ( thinking this could use a tighter crop )

5) the MTB on another day

Oh I just love that cake baby!
I like your comp on most of these however the contrast is a bit much, maybe you could tone that down a bit. Otherwise very beautiful mtb!

#1 is nice.. really fun. I like the use of tilts when they add to "fun" picturus such as this one. I don't often appreciate a tilt. In any cawse, I wish you hadn't clipped that 3rd party item, but still a fun pic.
3 is underexposed, out of focus.
4 is out of focus, underexposed and has blown out areas.
5 seems to have bad exposure, the skin is very ruddy.

3 was a chance of the moment, can you snap this kinda thing so i wasnt really expecting great results on that one. but im going to be going back to the drawing board on the other ones =)
