Fake SD cards...Buyers beware & I need some help

I recently purchased two sd cards on ebay, both individuals with great feedback.

The first was a Sandisk Ultra II 1gb that I picked up for like $16 bucks. I have concluded that this one is fake after checking with ebay's counterfeit link, and also I had an authentic one to compare it to. The lock has teeth on it, the color of the label is different, the serial # is different, there is no notch at the bottom, and the packaging has some discrepancies. It also says Made in China on the box, but made in taiwan on the card.

The second one, which I care about, was a Sandisk Extreme III 2gb that I paid $60 for. I am skeptical about this one as well, but I cannot find anything to compare it to. If someone has one of these cards could you please post a pic of it and any thing else you may have...like the box.
Here are some pics of the one that I got. Also, is there a way to measure the speed of the card, b/c that might be an easy way to tell.

Yours looks like a fake to me.
