It seems whenever I'm swamped with work, I don't have time to post. Then there's time to post, and I overload the system! Here's a fun little portrait session I did for a client! Turned out super cute!

enjoy!

Great series, the ones of the little blond girl stand out as my favorites.

A bit of C&C, if I may...
#4 has too much flash and #5 has not enough (raccoon eyes).

I love the composition of #8.

#10 is fave! Very nice set. #8's pose is too cool, I will be stealing that for future use :) Is the little girls eyes closed in that one?

I agree with Mike that #4 has a lot of flash, I was actually gonna ask if you had some sort of portable light to get that much output.

All in all a great series

#8 is way cute huh?! Her eyes are closed, but she's doing the dreamy "I can't wait until I have a boyfriend" kind of sigh thing going on! The mother LOVED her face in this one!

#4 I did use an off camera wireless flash. I had the dad hold it for me. I think that not only was it too strong, I had it closer to the little girl than the mom. She's quite a bit brighter than mom and baby.

I do agree with Mike that I should have used fill on #5. Although I'm getting better with my lighting, it is still my hardest technic to master.

Thanks for the critique!
