I've been working with this photo and came to 2 conclusions I like. One is over exposed, though. Even though I like it im not sure if the other is better or not.

This is the over exposed one:

This is the editted one, slightly darker and more contrasty:

Which one is a stronger image?
    Thanks.

I think the first one works better - the overexposedness seems to complement the whole sepia thing you have going on.

in the second one you can see nasty noise or artifacts on his face. so no1.

Hes got some stray hairs a few freckles? Is that the noise you are seeing?

I prefer the second. Still I do not like the overexposure in the T-shirt, socks and this piece he is throwing up. There is no detail visible anymore. I really like the contrast, but try to get this detail back into the white parts.

the white piece is just ice...
ive tried to get the detail back but it just turns yellow :(
This is as much detail as i can get without it turning yellow.

This is the original. Its OTE if anyone has any ideas.

Good capture! Very fun. I think the original is stronger then your edit. The original crop explains the ice cubes a little better. Tell us why you went with the sepia tone.

I like the green wall very much. I like the original best too.

I like the original but with your edited crop. I actually disagree with craig on this one. I like _not_ knowing what the ice is.

Your other photo is a much stronger composition. Wouldn't change a thing on it!

I have been sick of an element in my photos as well. I think the way to go is with the original then move on.
