When I was shooting film, it was always Kodak Portra 160NC. Near the end of my film days, I started carrying a couple rolls of 400 in case I was in a really dark chuch.

Exactly what my husband used! I carried 400 speed B&W so I could run around for the candids, and it all looked great in the proof books.
