it's nice, though I wish that the entire sillouette of the fence was in sharp focus, and the dark blob of nondescript stuff wasn't there on the left side. But whatever, it's still an interesting photo..

THanks for that. I hadn't really looked at the unfocused bit like that - good point. And as much as I wished the black stuff to the right wasn't there - I didn't really think there was much I could do about it.

What do you think of this?

I like the contrast and color alot. I have to agree that the black blob on the left holds it back from being a great picture. The crop isn't bad. I'd like it beter if it stayed landscape format though, it accentuates the horizontal lines in the photo, a feeling that this is just a few inches in miles of fence.

Yeah, I like the composition of the first one better (except of course for the blob and the blurriness).. it's still a cool shot though.

i like the second one better just becuause that "blob" as walter called it really annoyed me

I like the cropped version better. Also, I really love the colors in this shot.
