    I got a new haircut today so I took some photos. One went a little overboard though. :p I was just playing around in front of the camera but the outcome was pretty fun (maybe not the right word to use).

    Your left arm feels a bit cut off, other than that it's awesome!

    Yeah, I couldn't see what it looked like and I only took one shot like this so I could get it any better! Thanks. :)

    Looks like a painting!!! Is it an HDR??

    My techno knowledge is a little hit an miss so forgive me if it isnt!

    I think it's just sharpening and high pass. HDR isn't really needed.

    No HDR. I'm no fan of HDR in portraits, I rather go with the real light and work from there. To get the rough look I used a multiply technique which darkens the skin and brings out some contrast and stuff!

    Edit: And yes some high pass in the end as well, forgot that!

    edit.. I just went for a look to see what high pass is lol?? Any quick answers!

    Duplicate the image, set the blending mode to overlay, and apply a high pass filter. Just see the effect for yourself.

    Ultra cool shot, however you did the post-processing...it really works wonders on this picture
