Finally bought my first lighting kit!

Hello All!

I've finally taken the plunge and upon some of your advice, bought a Lencarta flash kit. This one specifically:

SmartFlash 2 400Ws Lighting kit with twin umbrellas

Really hope to catch some great family moments with this entry level set. And put me on my way to learning portrait.

Good choice lencarta are very good lights in tests they have beaten some of the top lighting systems, I have got 2 of their 600's and a 300

YES, the perfect power for today's digital photographer: 200 Watt-seconds per head is about right these days for many uses. I seldom use more power these days, and often use as few as 12.5 or 25 Watt-seconds. I think the price you payed is also very reasonable!
