Finally, I can see

I finally found a decent affordable monitor today from a friend. Now I won't get to blame my poor pictures on not being able to see my screen. Double-edged sword, I guess. But MAN do I love the color of this thing.

And I just ordered cable internet to replace my dsl. Earthlink has been good to me, but when I moved my office upstairs, adding a phone line to that room isn't worth it when I'd be paying more for slower dsl than cable. Why they charge 50 bucks for dsl is beyond me. I just hope Comcast can prevent spam like Earthlink can.

Congratulations, Nagala, there's nothing better than a new screen after you had to deal with a low-resolution, dark screen for so long. Come over to my thread "Online with the new computer" and celebrate with me, we can both celebrate the fact that at last we can see!!!!!
