im picking up a fish eye this week finally! im stuck in the middle of the nikon 10.5 and the tokina 10-17. what are your thoughts?

Any time you can go with name brand do so...if it is a matter of finaces, go with the second to get used to the concept, then upgrade.

the nikon one is quite a bit faster. get that one. Just my .02
tokina tends to make a good product, but that nikon lens is quite wonderful. Ive wanted one for years but never did it. haha
