From my perspective,
Pros: Love the eye level perspective, probably a little lower could have helped as well.
Tracking and getting close to them is never easy, so great work and catching it with it's food is what makes the pic.

Cons:
A bit underexposed, nothing that can't be fixed.
A little motion blur, A faster shutter speed would have helped but it doesn't look like you had that luxury given the low light.
