Finger pains?

In Canon vs. Nikon debates Canon is often accused of having poor ergonomics. I haven't held a Nikon DSLR enough to know if that's really true, but since I started primarily using Canon DSLRs I have developed a huge shooters' callus on the side of my right, middle finger.

Makes sense. It seems that the forward-leaning weight of the lens gets dumped onto that finger. Granted it isn't much, but over time would cause the problems some of us are having.

My fingers ache anyhow form years of work related abuse. So I never notice anything extra. But I do think you are falling apart too.
