I can't quite tell what it is. Sorry... Splashing water I would assume?

That's a nice fountain... Where are the colored lights coming from? Is it from the floor or behind the water.

I don't know if I'd go with the fountain theory. Looks to me like sparks flying from welding or grinding?

It's from the base of a water fountain, the water runs over the base and onto the ground where it is then pumped back through the system.

There are lights around the bottom which in this photo are creating the illusion of sparks from the light shining off the splashing water.

I'm sure it does.... I made a rookie mistake and left my camera at 200 ISO for a 2 hour night photo walk

The reason why I knew it was a fountain is because I'm lazy . You see that concrete rim at the base... That's what i call a sofa. If I can sit there... I will.
