I was taught in college that a low key is a scene of predominately dark tones and sombre colours.
This means your low key of the stuffed animal is not truely a low key. Yet. Switch out the stuffed animal though for say a brown or black one, and you are more on your way to low key.
Your exposure seems to be a little dark though low key is not synonymous for underexposed.
