This is not about the phot quality I was just messing with the lighting. It is natrual lighting from a window. If you would please tell me how to improve it. I do not have any hot lights.

    a few things to try:

    1. move the object closer to the window.
    2. try getting light from a bigger window.
    3. wait for a sunny day and then take the pic.
    4. make a reflector from a piece of cardboard and cover it in aluminum foil(crumple it first). place this on the side opposite of light source.

    All the above and....

    1. get a tripod with remote shutter and do longer exposures.
    2. if you can shoot RAW...use lamps in your house - the colour temp/white balance will need to be adjusted in any post processing software you have
    good luck!
