    Well... a male downy woodpecker :)
    I only had an 85mm with 2x teleconverter so i couldn't get too close :(

    Great job with that 2x and the 85mm lens, the second shot is very good

    Very nice shots. I think if I could offer one bit of advice it would be to try the shots again at a time of day when the shadows aren't so harsh. You did a perfect job with the light available though.
