OK. It has taken me three weeks to come up with some of my pics taken when my sister and I went to the Bird Park in Walsrode on 28 May :)roll: ) - sorry. I just took too many ... never could make up my mind if to post any and if so which to post. But Holly says she wants to see them, so here are some - and if only for Holly:

This was my photography situation for quite many of the birds "on display" there: thick mesh through which I had to photograph ... tough!

But sometimes I managed to "break through the mesh" ;)

This funny guinea fowl also was in a cage with his friends (or family) and they were quite upset about some OTHER birds who they shared their cage with ... it was shouting and shouting! :D

Our Australian members are bound to immediately recognise this little friend of theirs, I am sure ...

...but do they also know his New-Guinea-cousin?

This "beauty" lived in an open area, no mesh around, thank you! :D

    You still don't recognise anything?

Right, here you go with a portrait of the most beautiful bird of the world!

    Holly?
Do you like them so far?
Wanna see more? (I took more than 400 pics... Crazy me! )

LaFoto, I like all of these but Toucan is one of my favorite species. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your replies : .
I would have many more pics but there is only one I think I'll post, other than that these seem to be boring pics to most.

these look great, especially when you consider they were taken through mesh. That stuff is just pure evil when taking photo's...............but you did it
