First HDR Attempts

Just messed with Photomatix with some shots i took this morning. I know they aren't great, i just tried it out. Let me know what I could improve on!

Sorry but I don't like them. I like more the originals from your other post.
Are these HDR made from different exposures? or was from the same exposure?

Not great to be honest. The first has a lot of noise, and they are both quite posterized, esp. the second one. The black horizon looks like you've pushed clarity up to a million as well.

To me it looks like you created these form one shot and got two very different exposures, but you're gonna get loads of noise if you increase exposure too much. Try again with two shots, and preferably with something in the foreground.

yeah i just lightened and darkened them in photoshop, i knew they wouldnt come out great, just wanted to test it out. Next shoot i will actuallu take 3 shots with 3 different exposures
