First insect shot

I've never shot insects before, thought I'd have a try, and came up with this (hand-held) greenbottle - a blow fly with an interesting lifestyle! For more info go to http://photoreflect.blogspot.com

Your blog entry makes these flies sound like friendly chaps, nice to have around ... while I usually get the creeps when these slow flying, deeply buzzing things get into the house and sit on everything and walk over everything when I KNOW where they also like to sit ... ugh!

Nothing against the PHOTO, though. Brilliant as always.
But I no longer expect any less from you :greenpbl:

All I still hope for is that you will tell me that you'll only travel to France AFTER the meet-up in London ... come down there on the way to France, stop over, meet us (me included) and after that you may travel on. Isn't that a good idea?
