First picture post here, sunset in Brazil.

Just got film back and started scanning from a two week vacation in Brazil.

This picture might be alittle on the cliche side, so to make it more exiciting I shot it hanging out of a car, torso through window, one hand on camera one hand on roof rack. Made it more exciting to say the least.

Cool first photo post here. And the story that goes with it makes it even cooler, of course (as you had hoped it would ).
No, I don't think this photo of a sky with setting sun is overly cliché. Sunsets and cloud formations may be a widely appreciated motif but these cloud formations are never quite the same, and your photo here is unique in these clouds being very dark and brooding with the sun and its rays (!) showing and the bits of blue shining through. I quite like it.

I'm sure you took many more photos in Brazil?

thats the best sunset shot ive ever seen,and not trying to sound biblical or asnything but if you look to the middle of the upper clouds you can almost make out a shape of a face.great shot
