First pictures

Got my very first set of pictures today, these were the best,made with my phone and the close ups with the lens out of a laser pointer☺
I would love to have some tips on how I can improve.

You actually did really well considering your equipment.
My advice...keep on going out there and exploring.

Your username would hint at your obsession with the fungi kingdom...go out there do more macros. Take photos of mushrooms, use a flash light as a light source.

Don't let your newness and lack of equipment deter you.

CHuasam hit the nbail on the head! Shoot, shoot, shoot some more! Shoot what you LIKE to shoot. Your pics have "feeling" to them...something that does not come with "equipment". You will get better fast if you really work at learning how to frame up a solid image.
